Taylor’s currently in New York City where she will be performing at Concert 4 NYC tonight. She was spotted walking in Manhattan earlier today and we added the candids to the gallery. the concert is now cancelled-:-( oh well.. couldnt imagine that theres that much rain..but who really heard of this until a day or two ago? not much promotion, not much attendance? dont know what happened.

Event was cancelled due to severe weather and possibly dangerous lightning. The City of New York made the decision to cancel for safety reasons. However, details on a reschedule date are still tbd.
