Taylor Swift is up for a win at this year’s Golden Globe Awards, as her Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour film is nominated for cinematic and box office achievement.
The category is a new addition for 2024, and also includes nominees Barbie and Oppenheimer, which lead the show’s nominations list with nine and eight nods each, respectively.
Swift will also go up against The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1, John Wick: Chapter 4 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in the category.
Swift was previously nominated four times at the Golden Globes in the best original song – motion picture category for “Safe & Sound” (The Hunger Games), “Sweeter Than Fiction” (One Chance), “Beautiful Ghosts” (Cats) and ”Carolina” (Where the Crawdads Sing).
The 2024 Golden Globes will air live on CBS Sunday, Jan. 7, from 8 to 11 p.m. ET, directly after an NFL on CBS Sunday doubleheader. The show will also stream on Paramount+ and be available on the CBS app.
